About us
Kentucky Doulas, Inc is a non-profit dedicated to providing services and resources to families of Central Kentucky. Our goal is to provide collaborative support for the general enhancement of doula services in the state of Kentucky, specifically the Lexington area. We accept Humana Medicaid and also have partial scholarships available to those who qualify.

Scholarships are CLOSED at this time. Applications received will be logged for any future opportunities that may arise.
A limited number of scholarships are available for those desiring to be a doula. We are currently accepting applications from those who meet the following criteria:
Is a person of color and or bilingual
Has a passion for serving others
Can provide compassionate and non judgmental support
Has reliable transportation
Has the ability to be on call for clients
Is able to pass a criminal/abuse background check
Is organized enough to maintain minimal records
Lives in Lexington or a surrounding county
